Your tickets are your time-weighted average balance of the winning coin from Sep 29 18:00 UTC to Oct 21 16:00 UTC — every second you hold counts, computed from your wallet's on-chain balance history. Holding 1M tokens for the whole contest = 1M tickets; buying halfway through = half that. Rewards paid to holders count as balance.
To be drawn you must still hold at least 50% of your average at the draw. Sell below that and your tickets are void. The "keep at least" figure above tells you your floor — it rises slowly while you keep holding.
Pools and program accounts, the RUSH treasury, and the coin's creator wallet are excluded. Only wallets with a non-zero balance at the draw are eligible.
